The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional view and design of the building. The breakfast was beyond expectations, offering a variety of menus that tasted professional and high-end. It was a great start to our day, and we appreciated the convenience of having the mini bar in the room and all free of charge.
The place felt dead after 8:30 pm, and there seemed to be no activities for us to enjoy. As a result, we had to go to the central area of the town to enjoy our evening. Additionally, the pool was relatively small for a large hotel, and we were disappointed to find out that the jacuzzi was chargeable. We felt this was an unnecessary charge since no other resort seems to do this. we enjoyed our stay and the service provided, but we wished there were more activities offered by the hotel and no extra charges for already included amenities.

The staff went above and beyond in terms of service, making sure our stay was flawless. The hotel's design and view were amazing and offered us great photo opportunities. We also enjoyed the luxury of having a free mini bar, and the breakfast was exceptional, with professional tasting cuisine. The location was also convenient as it gave us easy access to key areas.
The pool was very small which was a disappointment, and the hotel lacked evening activities which left us with only a few options for nightlife. having to pay extra for a Jacuzzi was a joke because we didn't expect a resort to charge extra for that feature.

The service provided at this hotel was top, notch, from reception to room helpers. Staff were 5, star and always willing to solve problems and fulfill our needs. the design of the room was well, thought, out, with luxurious amenities and all items in the minibar were free of charge. the hotel had a beautiful and exceptional design with great places for taking photos. the breakfast was like a high, end restaurant , exceeding our expectations , with an extensive menu that was highly professional and had a great taste.
After 8:30 pm, we found that this hotel felt very dead and there were no activities offered. We were forced to go to the central area in order to enjoy our night out, which was a shame.
